About me

History

With over 35 years of experience in the Quick Service Sector performing a variety of functions including opening and managing several high volume restaurants and being an operations consultant supporting several restaurants managers in running their restaurants.

I moved into the head office role in 2007 managing all aspects of Building services to the restaurants, this included budget control, service & project management.

I have successfully completed NEBOSH Certification in both general and construction areas.

Critical in the restaurant business, I have successfully completed an advanced food hygiene course.

I am passionate about supporting businesses in innovating with low carbon technologies. This will benefit the future for everybody.
